la \ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc0e \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11, lo que constituye un llamado a los Gobiernos, a la Sociedad civil, al sector privado, a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n para trabajar de manera conjunta en la prevenci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de la \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc12 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc12 Salazar, secretario ejecutivo del Consejo de Protecci\u00f3n de Derechos describi\u00f3 la importancia e iniciativa por parte del se\u00f1or Alcalde Carlos Barcia Molina en calidad de presidente del Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n de Derechos en ver la necesidad de crear esta red dentro del cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9, mismas que permitir\u00e1n ser portadoras de la voz de las que callan y hacerlo conocer antes las autoridades los problemas que aquejan aquellas mujeres que a\u00fan no se atreven a denunciar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc03 \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc12 \ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d \ud835\udc02\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc04 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc07\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc02\ud835\udc08\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc00 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc14\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc11 es denominada esta agrupaci\u00f3n de mujeres quininde\u00f1as de los diferentes sectores del cant\u00f3n, quienes a trav\u00e9s de su camiseta, credencial y capacitaciones quedaron oficialmente posesionada por parte de la vicealcaldesa
