Commerce Hotel & Casino Preemptively Tests Positive For COVID-19

This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel update taken on Monday, January 13, 2025. The video starts our along Las Vegas Blvd in front of the Mirage/Hard Rock site. I'm using my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for this part of the video so I can put it up over the wall to check out what is going on. We can see that they had the giant yellow crane working today, lifting loads of rebar into the Guitar tower construction area. There was also a truck delivering more rebar that we can see backing into the site. The Atrium has been completely stripped down to it's metal frame. I'm still thinking the Atrium is staying because of the way they added the scaffolding to support the structure. Wouldn't they just knock it down if it wasn't staying? We will have to wait and see. Crews were also removing more of the Beatles Love sticker off of the top of the original building. You can see how they are using scrappers to get it off. This looks like it is going to be a long process. I make my way over to the Venetian to get a better view with my regular Canon PowerShot SX70 hs.
